1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be free from any signs of wear, stains, or modifications.
- Items classified as final sale, custom-made, clearance, or personalized are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item and return it using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an incorrect item being sent.
- Inspection & Approval: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is approved:
- A full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- If the return does not meet our criteria, it may be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you.
4. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged products under the following conditions:
- You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- If the item is in stock, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
- If the item is no longer available, a full refund or store credit will be offered.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

6. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover 100% of the return shipping fees.
- Change of Mind Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Furniture & Large Items: Due to size and weight, a restocking fee may apply to furniture returns.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and a detailed description. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
8. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
